
Turkish Apple Tea
Ingredients
• 15mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
• 180mL Hot Water
• Garnish: 1 Cinnamon Stick, 1 Rosemary,
• 1 Half Slice Apple

Method
1. In a small teapot, add the SHOTT Apple (New Zealand), cinnamon stick, cloves and boiling water.
2. Steep for 4-5 minutes.
3. Strain the tea into a tea cup and garnish with a slice of fresh apple.
