Ingredients
• 25mL SHOTT Lychee
•15mL SHOTT Tahitian Lime
• 30mL/45mL Gin
• 90mL Soda Water
• Ice
• Garnish: Fresh Lychees

Method
1. Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
2. Shake until the tin has frosted.
3. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass.
4. Top with the soda water.
5. Garnish with the lychees.
6. Serve & enjoy.
