Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, we kindly request that the item remains in its original condition – unused, complete with all tags, and securely packaged just as it arrived. Consumable goods must remain unopened and unused, and any damaged, opened, or used products will not be accepted for return. Additionally, please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready for our records.

  • Step 2
    Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the product's condition, if applicable.
  • Step 3
  • Our customer service team  will review your request and provide further instructions.

Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to send the product back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Shipping
- For eligible returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect products), we will cover the return shipping costs.

- For returns due to customer preferences or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Inspection and Processing
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the issue. If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

Refund
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
